2 new LO's

So I am a little behind on the boys album, but I skipped a few months and did their first day of preschool. They were so cute! Can you believe that Evan never took off his cap, he is too funny! I have all this unused Sassafras Lass paper that I am glad I am bring to use!

Guess what I found???

A Cuban RESTAURANT!!! So I was at work and talking to a Dr. Estok who is married to none other than a Cuban. He mentioned about a new place opened in Cary with real authentic Cuban food. So at first I thought ok I will wait and go Tuesday, but once I called home both Eddy & Frank wanted some good take-out! The food was great, just like back home and the ambiance was amazing(palm trees, Cuban decor, music) We have to go for breakfast. (They have cafe con leche and tostadas) Yipppppie!

6 days off!

So I have had 4 days off so far, 2 more to go and all I get done is 3 LO's. I did manage to clean, cook, and do laundry so perhaps the last 2 days will be filled of just scrapping??? NOT Ethan gets to stay home tomorrow from Daycare since he had a fever today, although clearly it's a 24hr thing, that's the rule! Oh well lots of scrapping when he naps and plays I guess. Here are my new LO's. Also tomorrow I will post the most expensive "pastelitos" I have ever eaten! YES my friends I am receiving a box of them overnight since my cousin felt sorry for me and the ones Dayami sent got here 4 days too late:( Poor Dayi she got so frustrated with FedEx! We'll see they are suppose to arrive by 10am.

My soon-to-be neighbor!

My friend Debbie and her hubby Gonzalo were in town, looking around for a place to relocate! I am so excited!!! Of course she loved Cary, I mean who doesn't! The place is so freaken awesome and voted as the best place to raise a family, and guess what??? SHE'S PREGNANT! So happy for them both! I also heard today that two more people are moving here! (Danny's brother and cousin) Cool beans! That means more Cubans for NC!

First Day of School/Eddy's B-day!

So the boys started school (preschool) Monday, July 16th, same day as Eddy's 30th B-day! They stayed really quiet and just cried during their nap time, but that is a start. I was so happy to see their excitement as they played with the other children. I really like this school, the teachers are excellent and they just opened so everything is new and sparkling! We also celebrated Eddy's B-day with our neighbors and friends and we had a great time!

More pool fun!

So we decided to spend our Summer in the nice relaxing pools here in NC (they have so many). This one is called Johnson Lake Pool, it's a park, not a lake with this cool outdoor pool with a kiddie pool and sprinkler area. The boys loved it and I did too, so much so that we went 2 days in a roll! Eddy and Frank joined us the second day and we had a great time!

Guess what I got...

yes the new Love Elsie lines, LOLA and RILEY! I love them. So it only took an hour to get to Fayetteville, but it was all worth it, even Ethan telling me for an hour "mama my tummy hurts" (He was all show, as soon as I stopped the car, he said, "mama all better") BTW he is talking up a storm, a true parrot! So anyhow...here is the picture of my new loves! Thanks Elsie for all your creativity!

And oh yes I forgot! I also stopped by UPS and mailed Dayami her packs! Trust me Dayi it will be so worth the wait! (should be there Wed).

My new obsession...

Elsie Flannigan...need I say more! The girl is a genius!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE her work and here is her 2 new lines that I am driving an hour to get! Dayami, you better make lots of new LO's with these! The boys start school Monday and I am planning on scrapping all day! Thanks to Rachael at Hobby Lobby for getting me 2 of everything and holding them for me! See you tomorrow, bright and early!

So the boys stayed with uncle Frank for almost the whole day today. Eddy started a new job and we both had to work, all I have to say is that he did a great job, a true natural!!!!!!

My new room!

So with the new house came an extra spare bedroom and guess what we did with it! You guessed it, it's mine! A new scrapbook room. I got tired of a closet so now with this new big space, what is a girl to do??? DECORATE! Well I am nowhere near done, but at least it's a start.
